Shipping policy

All Remember Mava products are shipped by the owner.

Every piece created by Remember Mava is carefully prepared with the customer in mind. Because of this, please be patient with production and shipping times.

Please allow 4–8 weeks for the production and shipping of your order if it is a pre-order item, and 1–3 days if the item is already in stock and ready to ship.

When you complete a purchase from Remember Mava, you agree that our company is no longer responsible for the item(s) once the order has been shipped and a tracking number has been provided.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, please understand that shipping delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, customs processing, or courier issues. Remember Mava is not responsible for these delays.

We are not responsible if your order is returned to us by the courier. If this happens, please contact us once the package has been returned. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, but we can arrange a reshipment, and the buyer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.

Remember Mava does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit once they have been shipped. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their package and ensure they receive it on the expected delivery date. Any concerns after shipment should be addressed directly with the carrier.

Remember Mava does not cover duties, taxes, or additional fees for international shipments.
